Our Circular Economy 360 Plus series is for ambitious social enterprise leaders looking to help shape their plans to support people and planet.

Thami Schweichler - CEO of United Repair Centre and Makers Unite, Amsterdam
Thami Schweichler is a social designer and entrepreneur and TeDx speaker who co-founded Makers Unite, an award-winning social enterprise providing a platform for the inclusion of refugees in The Netherlands and Turkey.
In 2022, Thami founded United Repair Centre, a B2B repair business for fashion and apparel brands to put repair on the map, creating social and environmental impact collectively.
His focus is connecting to individuals, organizations, and stakeholders for a shared contribution to a sustainable and socially responsible future.
Jon Molyneux, Scottish Affairs Lead, FareShare
Jon Molyneux is Scottish Affairs Lead for FareShare, the UK’s largest food redistribution charity. FareShare works through four regional centres in Scotland, supporting around 500 food-using community organisations.
Jon is also a councillor in Glasgow, representing the Pollokshields ward for the Scottish Green Party, and a Trustee of the award-winning Glasgow-based social enterprise Spruce Carpets.
Prior to joining FareShare, Jon was regional coordinator for Patrick Harvie MSP and, prior to that, Head of Communications for Zero Waste Scotland.
