Are you a leader of a mission-driven business with the ambition to enhance your skills and scale your business and impact?
Our flagship support programme, Ambitions 2021, Supporting Leaders, Building Growth is now open for applications – kindly supported by Postcode Innovation Trust and Baillie Gifford.
Our key leadership programme is back with a difference.
This year we have specifically tailored our programme into two groups to reach those more established Scottish organisations and those organisations at an earlier stage of their journey – but by no means less ambitious! We have called our two groups Scale Up and Step Up.
The programme will host a broad range of expert speakers, facilitating masterclasses on topics including digital marketing, market trends, customer insights and e-commerce. This will be complemented with a range of core learning topics and group discussion, led by programme facilitator Rachael Brown.
Is it time to grow you and your business?
Strengthen and shape your leadership skills, guide and propel your aspirations for your organisation’s activity and impact growth and scale.
Our Programme will ensure we give you, as a leader, the tools, knowledge and support:-

- Tailored and impactful learning through two cohorts – Scale Up and Step Up
- Peer support and regular catch-ups with other enterprises in the cohort
