Chief Customer Officer Salary up to £60k | Full Time | Closing Date 10th July 2017
This newly created position will form an important foundation for the next stage of our evolution. The Chief Customer Officer will lead a growing team and support the achievement of key strategic and operational objectives. The jobholder will oversee all aspects of the customer journey at SIS, be that business development and support activity, through to ongoing relationships.
Applicants will be expected to have significant senior leadership experience and credibility in a customer facing role, preferably within financial services. The Chief Customer will lead a growing team of development and investment managers, as well as form part of the senior management team at SIS, reporting directly to the Chief Executive.
The role will be based at our offices in Edinburgh however will involve regular travel across the UK.
