Newlands Community Development Trust are engaged in a project to build a community and sports hub as part of wider refurbishment and development programme of Newlands Primary School.Part of the funding for this project is coming from the Scottish Rural Development Programme, however as this grant is paid quarterly in arrears, Social Investment Scotland were approached to provide a grant bridging facility, which will ease the cashflow and enable the build to proceed
