Investment from Social Investment Scotland could be exactly what you are looking for to bring your development plans to life. We work only with Third Sector organisations, investing loan finance to help deliver sustainable social impacts. Our funding packages are flexible and tailored specifically to your needs.

We have simple requirements for how we will make investments available. All we ask is that:

• You are based and operate in Scotland;
• You operate for the benefit of your community or wider society;
• Your profits are reinvested for community benefit
• Your organisation is allowed to borrow under its constitution.

The first step is to call us and we can chat through your plans in more detail. We'll probably then ask you for a business plan for more information on your business. This allows us to properly assess your financial requirements.

If we're happy with your proposal and it's approved by our credit panel, then we're off! Once your application has been approved, we'll put together a formal document which details the terms and conditions of the application.
